RECOMMENDED USE :
One tablet daily. Can be taken anytime, even on an empty stomach.
ZINC MISSED DOSE & OVERDOSE :
Zinc Missed Dose :
Take the missed dose as soon as you
remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and
take only the next regularly scheduled dose. Keep doses at least 12 hours apart.
Do not take a double dose of this supplement.
Zinc Overdose :
Excessive intake of zinc leading to toxicity to the body. The list of signs and symptoms mentioned
