RECOMMENDED USE :
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules daily with a meal or a glass of water.
TOTAL CALMT MISSED DOSE & OVERDOSE :
Total CalmT Missed Dose :
Take the missed dose as soon as you
remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and
take only the next regularly scheduled dose. Keep doses at least 12 hours apart.
Do not take a double dose of this supplement.
Total CalmT Overdose :
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison
control center or emergency room.
