Primrose oil) assist the skin in moisture retention, so helping to keep it soft and supple.
A good diet is absolutely
key to the maintenance of healthy looking skin. As many of us, and especially those in the
teenage years, can suffer from skin blemishes partly due to dietary imbalances, the use of a
good general multivitamin and mineral supplement is often advisable.
