PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
Solgar's Shellfish-Free Vegetarian Glucosamine Tablets are free of wheat, soy and dairy products
and are formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavors or colors.
WARNINGS :

RECOMMENDED USE :
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 tablet up to two times daily, preferably at mealtime,
or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
GLUCOSAMINE 1000 MG (SHELLFISH FREE) MISSED DOSE & OVERDOSE :
Glucosamine 1000 mg (Shellfish Free) Missed Dose :
Take the missed dose as soon as you
remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and
take only the next regularly scheduled dose. Keep doses at least 12 hours apart.
Do not take a double dose of this supplement.
Glucosamine 1000 mg (Shellfish Free) Overdose :
Extremely high levels of Glucosamine (many times the daily dose) can cause gastric fluctuations such as soft stools, diarrhea
or nausea. Glucosamine does not have to be taken with meals but it would be convenient to mix with a drink when you take it
if you so desired. If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room.
GLUCOSAMINE 1000 MG (SHELLFISH FREE) STORAGE :
Keep this and any supplement in a safe place where children
cannot reach it. It may be harmful to children. Do not remove tablets from the packaging
